From the “Current Event Clover,” you will be able to download information and registration forms that you will need for these approaching events. We hope that this will help you stay current and that you will check this link often so that you will not miss any important deadlines.
- Utah State University Extension is sponsoring a photo contest for photos that showcase each county in Utah. Winning photographs will appear in the upcoming USU Extension Annual Review and a statewide Extension calendar, plus the winner in each county will receive a digital photo frame. Youth, amateurs, hobbyists and professionals are encouraged to participate. The deadline is October 1, 2008.

- The first annual 4-H National Youth Science Day will be held October 8, 2008. 4-H National Youth Science Day will be a national media event designed to highlight the significant role that 4-H, CES and the Land-Grant universities are playing in science education. The event, led by the National 4-H SET Task Force will feature a simple, fun and media-ready science experiment that can be performed all across the country by 4-H members, educators and the general public. The experiment will have an environmental, “green” theme and will be easy to perform in any venue.
